Hi everyone,
Please add BSD to the backbone:
I think both of these echoes are on the backbone (HOME_COOKING and RECIPES)
but I am requesting them anyway to make sure:
please give us a little time as we work through the recent changes
we've been making since one of the stars exited fidonet...
they should both be listed... we'll be checking everything out as we

yep...

HOME_COOKING and RECIPES are echos, not FDNs... filegate doesn't come
into play with them ;)
I am aware of that I was referring to the file backbone.na but it looks like file areas BACKBONE.
It's ok. Vince mean's thinking where to hatch a new fidonet.na type

Yes. And real life sometimes impinges. I got a call from Guam to
help with a situation the VADM broght up Saturday that has me briefing Monday morning. Had to delay some items here to work it out.
Ah well, back on it now.
Now being British the abbreviation might not match - confirm VADM = Vice Admiral ?
Just curious and no, was involved in the Air Force.

Grin, yes. Lt General should be the same. Now my poor boss is
worried because we have to telework at least part of tomorrow. Snow
event here and Hampton Roads got a bit hammered on the SE portions.
As the sun went down, my street is 5inch deep ice with spikey ruts.
They don't treat side roads here at all (not enough gear, too far
south to have it).
Ah well! Working NA file issues.
Nowadays, folks want everything yesterday.
