As usual, I'm not 100% sure what message you are trying to get across.

He's saying the license for the site you keep posting about
expired in 2015. It was probably a 10 year lease, and the previous
owner did not bother to renew. No, you didn't "take it down", it
    expired.
It was abandoned in 2011 (YOU posted the archive.org links
showing NO updates since 2011), hacked, and now hosts malware.
Since you made it clear that you know that (YOU even posted a
Google report), YOU are helping to spread that malware.
    Which makes YOU the criminal.
Been drinking much over the year's end ? How many bottles a
    day is it now ?

So what are you going to do about it besides

Brazil has no jurisdiction over British citizens, and vice
versa. Our crooks are on Interpol's "most wanted" list, but they still
get voted in as senators and congressmen. They can only be arrested if
    they leave the country.
Why Biggs lived so long in Brazil.
You, OTOH, could do something about it. British and American
    police cooperate with each other.
So, why haven't you done something about the "bad guy" ?

So you just run mouth with no action, noted.

You could file a report on line if you had the balls.
