    Paul Smedley has had a number of requests for support for HP scanners, which actually have very good support under linux using the HPLIP driver.

    In order for there to be a possibility of him solving the problems, he would need to purchase suitable hardware. Something like the HP Photosmart 7510 which
    is recommended for use with HPLIP. If you want to help support this project please use the link below. Paul estimates the cost at $A229 (approx $US250) and
    has collected $50US so far. See his HPLIP page for more information. -
