• JdeBP's recovery

From Andy Roberts@1:109/921.1 to All on Fri Jul 28 04:56:35 2000
    All ,

I just got a couple of E-Mail from JdeBP saying that the pro shop
determined the problem was that the motor on his HD was pulling excessive current and the electronics had burned out. They were able to
successfully recover his data copied to another HD and CDs. It was not necessary to open the hard disk cavity during this recovery however, the
drive is still faulty. It will probably be shipped back to JdeBP Monday.

Thanks and Good Luck, Andy Roberts
