    so, purchased this today and installed it on another vm to see if there were any differences. i am not sure, but it seems like the professional version has
    arca's snap graphics drivers (looks like they bought the rights to that from scitech from what i can tell).

    i do miss the applications store that ecs has, though. might have to download openchat/2 from there in my ecs machine and install it on my arca 5 vms :)

    Ah yes, my favorite IRC client, I have it running here with the GemZ
    script. Best IRC setup I ever used.

    Yeah, I have been trying to find it out that I have purchased ArcaOS 5 Professional (not the home edition) and am going to be using it more and more (installing it on my netbook over the Home edition installation on there now as
    I type this on my BBS VM *smiles*).

    Unfortunately, it seems that there is no way to migrate from the home edition to thep professional edition yet, so I may hold off on doing that migration for
    a while here on the BBS VM.

    I have not hung out on IRC in quite some time now. If I can get a decent IRC client for use with Arca 5, then I may have to change that.
