I discovered a bug in Mystic when generating new emails using MUtil. My system is fast enough that MSGIDs are duplicated causing multiple dupes
to be generated.

Nope. The bug is IMP-MAIL (and a very big one at that), and has happened plenty of times before. I've let him know about it.

I've seen other posts in other echos along the same lines... hope he
can sort it. That original post really threw me too.. I needed to
check PATHs to suss what was going on :)
