Hello, All.

My taste in music is varied. I like a little of pretty much any style you can think of. I couldn't tell you why. Maybe it's because my dad and his family are all musical. You can pretty much put any musical instrument in my dad's hands and he can play it. At least I haven't seen him not be able to.

In any case, what's some of your favorite music?

Some I like, some I really don't.

For likes: 80's, new wave, synthpop, some alternate, classic rock, oldies,
some classical, new age, ambiant, industrial.

Dislikes: Jazz, hip-hop, most female based soul that has all that ooOOOooooohhhoohhhoo stuff in it, rap. death metal.


For favorite bands, Dire Straits, Genesis, R.E.M., Jean Michel Jarre, Deacon Blue would be on the top 5 list.

Popular in the 80's. Real Gone Kid, Dignity were their big hits. If you have a streaming service check out the "Singles" compilation. I'll be a good intro.
