I'm hooked on XM Satellite radio, thats for sure.

I have wondered how good that was. Usually the only radio I listen to is
talk radio, as there is not good rock/metal/prog station in my area. So
it's talk radio unless a really boring show is on, then it's all CDs.

Do you listen to it only in your car or do you have a receiver at home
    as well?

It's nice. Non-stop music of nearly any genre you can think of (kinda like Music Choice on my digital cable). Unfortunately at this time, I don't listen to music enough that I can justify the cost. But like Nick said, if you can get it, it's nice to have. However, I have heard of problems when driving coast-to-coast, but you'd expect that with a satellite service at times because
there's always going to be some holes or weak areas in coverage.

    Later,

On XM theres both. :) Theres two - Canadian XM and American XM. I have the American model. I can't begin to explain the multitude of speciality stations on there... everything from prog rock to talk radio, even a 24 hour comedy/improv station or two here, uncut/uncensored. :)

Do you listen to it only in your car or do you have a receiver at home

I have one receiver that came with two "docking stations" - one for the car and
one for home. Its just a matter of taking the small receiver and plugging it in
to whatever docking station I want at the time. :)

I like variety. I want many different types of new musical acts, progressive rock or electronic pop music makes me happy.
