I'm curious if anyone out there has experience with the
Maximus sources under Linux. I've compiled them under
Ubuntu, which required picking up gcc 2.95, but the MEX
compiler is throwing some memory exceptions.
You're looking for Bo Simonsen, the only person left alive atm who
last worked on the Maximus source.

Minh,
Thanks for the pointers! I wasn't sure if there was any
activity around the Maximus sources. That pretty much
answers my question :).
Anyway Bo Simonsen is working on DayDream BBS atm, claiming that
Maximus is to "DOS" for him :)
Looking at Maximus, now I know what it's like to run RA or PCBoard or
any of those abandoned BBS's.

Huh, and now I've learned about another Linux BBS package. You know, I think this Fidonet thing might catch on someday :).
