From Shawn Highfield@1:229/452 to All on Tue Dec 4 11:45:02 2007
    Hello !

I /think/ I asked this before, and someone pointed me to
MFM, which doesn't seem to have the feature... Can anyone
recomend a program that will import a file_id.diz from a zip
    file to the files.bbs?

    Thanks,

    Shawn

I have no idea if this will do what you need, but it looks like it should do it

    Directory: /maxfdn/maxutil/*

File name Date kB Dlds File description
    --------- ---- -- ---- ----------------
    dmebbs12.zip 980127 43k 0 damebbs v1.2 - extracts file_id.diz files from
archives and makes a listabbs.txt file in
    maximus files.bbs format.

Worth a try at least :) it's available here at http://www.filegate.net/maxfdn/maxutil/dmebbs12.zip

    Take care,
    Janis

    Hello Janis!

I have no idea if this will do what you need, but it looks like it
    should do it <g>

Would do full directories, not just single files... But on the plus side
the quick basic code that was included in it made me fire up my pascal
compiler and I wrote a quick and dirty program to do what I want.

Fantastic :) Hey, do you want to send it over here, and I'll get it released in Pascal-net file echos? The PDN used to have a PASCAL area, but we merged that area with Pascal-net to cut out duplicate files.

Let me know what you think :)

    Take care,
    Janis

Sent it over via email, as I'm just too lazy to configure Irex to
crash a file to you. <Laugh>

Have you looked at FileMgr ?

Its on sourceforge at release 0.80 and I'm shortly to send an update to Gamma v0.80.03.

That is as soon as I figger out how to get "Table of contents" to work with OpenOffice.
