Hi group,
A long time ago I have seen a bit, on TV, with the Pythons dressed up
and behaving as football fans, possibly Scotsmen, going to the ballet
and loudly cheering on the dancers as if they were footballers.
They seem to treat some of the dancers as belonging to "the other
team", and shout insults at them, like "Hey Nurejev, do you call that
a leap?!!"
Do you know which episode or film this may be from?

It's from _At Last The 1948 Show_ (John Cleese, Graham
Chapman, Mary Feldman, and Tim Brook-Taylor). It's
available on DVD.
It's from _At Last The 1948 ShowAt random moments, I can't type the letters T and E,
all due to a trauma I suffered as a spoolboy.
