Should mbse not have a process on routeings that says that if a mail
come in addressed to a non existant node then mbse will bounce it back
to wence it came or any other offered action.

In that case is there one that can be used within mbse as it does not
have that facility ?

Traditional netmail trackers will not work with MBSE, because
in-transit netmail is read from the inbound packets and written
directly to the outbound packets. MBSE currently doesn't have the
ability to bounce netmail for unlisted nodes, although I am
considering adding such functionality.
