From Gert Andersen@2:230/150 to Vince Coen on Thu Oct 10 18:57:48 2013
    Hello Vince!

I have just looked for mbsebbs on sourceforge.net and not find it here on any way.
So it could be a good idea with some new links for the persons who is on to do a new first time install in a system.

When I before was on to install and upgrade mbsebbs was I used Michiels site to
get the latest version by download by links function and the latest 2 version 1.0.0 and 1.0.01 have I just taken from my file echo area and let my mbse systems get from my main system and unzipped the mb*.zip files and run the install og bz2 files normally.
But with a new linux without a mailer on can it be some problem, and as mbse not is to find fine on sourceforge searching can it be a problem.

    Take care,
    Gert

Search for MBSE and you should find it. It's listed as MBSE BBS for Unix.

Did you look here having searched for mbse ?

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/mbse/

The 1.0.0 file is I understand the same as v1.0.1 other than a cosmetic change.

See above but mbse has a mailer and in fact everthing needed other than a nodelist and a mail editor eg, golded.

Since the BBS is the only thing there, I've thought about changing it to'mbsebbs' but haven't had a chance to look into it or discuss it...

Not sure that a good idea, 'mbse' is the name of the product.
BBS is the application type so, it should stay as mbse however if SF can cope with alternative search name then mbsebbs could be Added.

Not sure what you're saying; it refers to itself as "MBSE BBS", not just "MBSE"...

Alternate search names; that I'm not sure of...

After discussing it with Michiel (and it seems he tried changing it a while back but there was some kind of issue with SF at the time...), the unix name of
the project has been changed from "mbse" to "mbsebbs".
