it look like there no moderator for this echo, was just loking at elist510.zip file that come in 10/2/05 here

After an exciting election a while back, Bobby Queen was elected, and
has been, and as far as I know, still is (although I haven't heard/seen
from him in some time!)

Do you have access to the Fido elist? There's a search on there, that'll
tell you who last updated the echo & when. . .
