    Not as far as I know unfortunately. I am lucky in that I saved all of my
    snail mailed reg codes from back in the day in a notebook which I still have. As far as I know you'll have to use one of the several cracks floating
    around. I hate to condone piracy but it's 100% abandonware.

    Gameport's web site is still up and I have emailed them several times without
    a response as have quite a few others.
