Along with the SVN repository being used for TInyTIC (viewable at [1]), which is where the author is working; I have also created a public GIT repository for it (viewable at [2]), which is where I will be doing Debian packaging for it. The GIT repository was created from the SVN repository and I intend to keep at least the master branch synchronized from it.
