    The link on the website is broken but the one for the downloads page
    for the project is not: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=45455

    Also; which distro of Linux are you running? Tetradraw is a standard package in, for instance, Debian & Ubuntu...

    You shouldn't have any problem getting the source archive from the sourceforge project file downloads page... (I pulled it down earlier;
    wanted to compare it to the Debian package...)
