Hello All,
When I got FTTH I did not discontinue my cable connection. I kept
both for the time being.
I installed a second network card in my Fidonet system so I could
operate "dual homed". But I experienced problems. For as yet
unpexlained reasons network access locked up for periods lasting
minutes.
A suspicion that it had something to do with RtkDashClient did not
lead to a solution.
In order to locate the problem I have disabled the cable connection.
My access to Fidonet is now via FTTH only. Unfortunately the FTTH modem/router that I got from the ISP does not yet support IPv6
pinholing. So for the time being my IPv6 connection is outgoing
only...
Cheers, Michiel

You should consider getting your own and installing OpenWRT on it.
I've been really happy except for the fact that Google seems to
dislike HE, as you probably know
