Title: Grilled Chicken Wings Tai-Pan

4 tb Ginger
2 tb Soy sauce
1 Sweet red pepper; pureed
1/4 c (60 ml) fresh squeezed lemon
- juice
1 ts Original Tabasco sauce
1/4 ts Thyme
1 ts Mint
1/2 c (125 ml) olive oil
1 tb Wine vinegar
2 lb (960g) chicken wings; tips
- reserved for stock
Salt & fresh ground pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine together all marinade
ingredients. Add chicken wings, cover and marinate for 8
hours.
Light your gas or charcoal grill. Drain chicken wings
and cook over barbecue. Baste chicken wings with
marinade during cooking. Season grilled chicken wings
with salt and pepper before serving.
