Kind of like what ex-Police guitarist Andy Summers is doing?
I've not heard any of his solo stuff, I guess I'll
have to remedy that. :)
re: Neal Schon...
...Schon does all the vocals on the one I have, the others
are instrumental from my recollection.
I just picked up what I'm guessing is his latest CD. It's called
"Piranha Blues" mostly blues rock, quite heavy but sounds good.
A lot of signature Schon playing. the vocalist reminds me a lot
of the Bad company singer, Paul Rogers I believe. Very
reminiscent of early '70s stuff.

least, are all pretty good. He's definitely not a flashy player,
but he's quite tasteful for an ex-rocker. ;-)
Hmmm... that's one of the ones that had me intrigued, but I'm
not an especially big fan of heavy blues-rock. I pretty much got
my fill of that back in the '70s. I'll definitely have to
audition that one before I hand over the $$. Did you mention that
he also had an all-instrumental album? If so, which one is that?
