    So you're asking how DOVE-Net works? It's a QWK network (or QWKnet) where messages are sent between systems (nodes and hubs) using archived connections of messages called "QWK packets". These packets are typically transferred via FTP, though they used to be transferred using Zmodem 25 years ago.
