    Have you checked all the use cases or just picked a convenient one.

    What do you mean by "all the use cases". Do you mean the service symbols? ..or do you mean the TgM system messages?

    In any case, I was just complimenting you on the improvements of now being able to use alternative service symbols.

    Yes.

    Excellent. I trust that you implemented the correct logic for
    all the substitute chars to work - so excessive testing is not
    required. I will probably try the // or the .. the next time
    I feel like tapping on my Blackberry.
