• The app for the phone does, as do at lea

The DT version seems to allow text+pic in the same post. I would assume that the full app for the phone does too. I am convinced to install the app now and disable the security overreach into my contacts/files/photos, later.

The app for the phone does, as do at least a couple of the other TG apps. Currently using Telegram X.

Allows me to format it how I want.

When you do a R)eply with Telegram X does it show you the full
"quoted" message so that you could cut out the paragraphs that
    you don't want?

Very nice. And can you do inter-paragraph quoting like in
    this message?

The web version has its convenience, but it appears that the
best way to go is with one of the apps for sure - even if only
for posting a text+pic so as not to annoy fellow ftn-users
with a post that only bears a link.

Not that I've seen how to do as of yet.

Unfortunately if I want to do the inter-paragraph quoting I would have to copy and paste.

Telegram does not support this citation method at all. The reply message only contains the Message_ID of message to which it is responding.

    Have nice nights.
