    Hello, All!
I want to ask about russian simbols in srif processors.
We have cp866 on DOS (fatxx)
We have cp1251 on windows (ntfs)
    We have UTF8 on Linux
I am not use macos(I think same utf8)

    The question is:
What have to do default code page on send filename by mailer?
    Second:
Can You write all possible simbols on filenames ?
    3rd:
Is the " " is not wrong on filenames ?
    If Yes, I will put "_" insread " ".

    Thanks.

For maximum compatibility with other systems, you should stick with 8.3 DOS compatible filenames using ASCII characters.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8.3_filename:
Legal characters for DOS filenames include the following:
    Upper case letters A-Z
    Numbers 0-9
    OK!

Space (though trailing spaces in either the base name or the extension are considered to be padding and not a part of the filename, also filenames with spaces in them must be enclosed in quotes to be used on a DOS command line, and
if the DOS command is built programmatically, the filename must be enclosed in
quadruple quotes when viewed as a variable within the program building the DOS
    command.)
If i modefied qico ? OK ? qfls.* will have "filenames".

    ! # $ % & ' ( ) - @ ^ _ ` { } ~
    OK!

Values 128-255 (though if NLS services are active in DOS, some characters interpreted as lowercase are invalid and unavailable)
    How about this ?
For me is interesting for Russian names of file.
