    Now, it's been brought to my attention that the ZCC-PUBLIC echo is not distributed via the NAB monopoly distro channel. Go figure...

    It's not on the BACKBONE.NA list of echomail tags, yet all three NAB star systems carry it and make it available to anyone who wants it. So it is after all.
