    It's role based and transparently done. If Michiel wouldn't do it that way someone elso would complain about lack of transparency.

    It's role based and transparently done. If Michiel wouldn't do it that
    way someone elso would complain about lack of transparency.

    There has been a little bit too much shifting between at least 4 different hats
    lately.

    In my private sysop's opinion it's still the "minimize the number of hats worn honor-thing" and juggling the titles RC, moderator, FTSC-Chairman and Election Coordinator all in the FTSC-realm depending on the time and place is a tad too much.

    As I've written in my other reply, if you would encourage other sysops to participate more actively, you would help to reduce the burden of wearing multiple hats. I'm neither happy about this, but it's our current reality. But crititizing this reality won't change anything, it's counterproductive.
