Welcome to the club, here in NZ we didn't get the 6oz milk containers but I do recall after school drinks at home with milk and a flavoring called Quic. There was chocolate, banana and strawberry flavors.

With all of the science going into athletic nutritional supplements, it
was interesting seeing bike racers drinking whole milk with Carnation
Instant Breakfast mixed in.

Carnation Instant Breakfast was this concoction from when I was growing
up that was a mixture of sugar, protein, chocolate flavoring and
vitamins. Circa 1977.
