I updated the windows builds of titan mail to 1.2.4

This changes the ftp fetching to use libcurl instead of the QT ftp support (which has been removed in version 6)

There is a 32 bit build based on QT5 available and a 64bit build based on QT6. It's probably better to use the 64-bit version if you can as QT5 hasn't been supported for some time. QT6 does not have 32bit windows support.

Also, I made a small patch to MagiTerm, none of the binaries have been updated,
but if you use it from git, it will stop it from crashing when trying to run XBell under wayland. (Magiterm has no bell support for wayland yet)
