    Synchronet can if so configured. Binkd also can but it needs setup and configuration. There are third party apps for binkd like FreqU or mfreq that work the same way Allfix worked with an EMSI mailer back in the day.

    I don't think there are many freqable nodes these days, but I could be wrong.

    I'm using this modified linux script to allow freq's here: https://nrbbs.net/srifreq

    And this line is added to binkd.conf:
    exec "!/home/ubuntu/fido/binkd/srifreq *S" *.[rR][eE][qQ]

    Not sure about doing that under Windows though.
