I am not sure why the last page was split into three pages but I don't think it matters that much.
For people using DOS-based software with a <16K message size limit, please let me know if this works.
If anyone is interested in the script, let me know and I can post it in here.
For every page, I got a message header, followed by a blank line then
a "Pause" (as if the screen was full). After pressing a key, the
header cleared and I got the page. Very different to how messages are normally presented.
Thought you might like to know.

That's really odd. There's no other control codes or such in that text.

The only oddity was page 18 was a mere 2 lines (and the last 2 lines related to page 17) - I guess there was a page break after it and
that's way page 19 started with a new chapter.
