• Looking for a program

From Sean Dennis@1:18/200 to All on Mon May 9 16:47:19 2005
    Hello, All.

I'm looking for an archive named FBBSV110.ZIP. It's a FILES.BBS creator written by Larry Athey (of MaxGraphics fame). Does anyone have that?

    Later,
    Sean

    Couldn't find it there.

    http://ozzmosis.sensationcontent.com/bbs/fbbsv110.rar

But it -was- there. Tried it in a DOS box under Win98SE on a 900MHz Pentium, and got a runtime error. Is this a "fast Pentium patch" job?

I suspect so, but due to the way the author has encrypted (?) the .exe file it may be a lost cause to try to patch it.

Continuing problem. E.g. I couldn't patch JSpell, which I use here as the spelling-checker under GoldED (well, when I use it). Eventually got it to work by using SLOWDOWN to slow the processor, and reversing the process afterwards. Not ideal, though.

    Regards,

    Robert.
