Here's the problerm though.... when In go to use the terminal,
or the mailer... but in the terminal program if I try to dial
out with the use of ALT-D or P ... call from the nodelist or
phone book... I get an error message and it doesn't dial...
or if it does dial it'll dial 4 or so number, of an 11 number
dial and not connect obviously.

Just a silly question ... there's a manual dial function in the Terminal, <Alt-M>, does it work if you try that?

you may have better results, as far as FOSSIL drivers go, with ADF
