    You might want to look into DOSBOX.
    http://dosbox.sourceforge.net. The
    latest version (0.65 at this time) will allow you to configure a COM
    port to any port.

    Do you know if DOSbox can load a different command interpreter ? like cmd.exe or 4dos ?

    I am not sure if I replied or not, but I am not sure if it does or not. You can
    check out dosbox.sourceforge.net and there should find some documentation. I know DOSEMU does, but I don't believe it handles telnet.
