The Nano is very bare bones in design. What freaked me out was it
didn't have a lever to lock the slide back. SCCY's have a good
warranty and customer service. I think I mentioned before where a
friend took his with him to Florida, and was passing by their company
HQ. While they worked on his pistol, he got a tour of the plant.

I remember reading that - that was a cool story! If I'm ever down that
way I'd like to see it too, if they'll let me (being a non-customer). Same for Kel-Tec.
... People say I'm apathetic, but I don't care.

A Kel Tec tour would rock. Last year at the NRAAM I saw George
Kellgren was manning the booth, but the friend I was with wanted to
look at other items instead of talking to designers and industry
leaders. Before starting Kel Tec, Kellgren was part of the Intratec
crew. When I was younger I wanted either a Tec 9 or Tec 22, but that style of pistol doesn't interest me like they used to.

We were planning to hit NRA this year in Nashville, but COVID cancelled that... Would like to go to SHOT show, of course, but hoping for another
NRA that's close enough to hit... Next year is Texas, but I THINK
it's Louisville, KY after that, and that's close enough for me...

I would like to see a SHOT show eventually, however the dealers I know
who get tickets already have a list of buddies trying to get a spare ticket.
The NRAAM in Indy is the closest to me. Last year the conservation
club I belong to scheduled a bus trip. The convention also has several displays or booths that aren't sales related, such as historic
collections on display. I haven't stuck around for the concerts or auctions, but those are other activities that would make it worth it
the stay or visit for a few days.
