At this point, we're up to 14 patches for 3.99 and I think thats about enough... this one was to add one feature to the CONFIG - ECHOMAIL AREAS
screen which could help big Hub systems. This allows you to temporarily
SUSPEND forwarding of Echomail to all links in the FORWARD-TO screen. A new question, "Suspend", if answered yes, means that D'Bridge will only receive mail on your system for that area, but NOT forward it elsewhere. The
default is NO, obviously.

NOTE: Apparently this version also causes a false-positive with ClamAV and the team has NOT responded to my requests to de-list the files. Hatching DB on Filegate that fails ClamAV testing appears to be a "no no", but its perfectly acceptable for the BinkD team to hatch files failing other anti-virus testing.
