ok... can you give pointers and such so that i can forward to them? they ma be reading here, though... it was right at one time but then something chan and now it is back archiving into bundles... i have no idea what version of they are using, though... possibly the latest... they connect here with bin and it holds no info on the db version in the connection data...

Uncompressed mail to the options for your system information.
