  • DB & Windows Server2003

    Is Windows Server 2003 an OS for d'bridge. I installed it but when i invoked db it immediately shows Answering. This is from the get go, first time insalled and running it.

    I press Ctrl-A to cancel and nothing happens.

    I am trying to use it for my VADV bbs.

    D'Bridge works perfectly under Server 2003.

    Please let me know more specifics... it cannot answer unless a dialup modem has been configured, so what are the COM/Modem settings you have?

    What happens when no dialup modem is configured?

    Ok I do have a modem on that computer. Modem is on Com1. I turned off the modem but db still tries to answer. I can't get into config of db to turn
    off any modem settings. I on install said Internet is the connection and the first time I run it it tries to answer.

    I disabled the modem in Device Manager and still the same result.
