Personally, I would not suggest posting material that is generally anticipated for printed publication or for hopes of monetization.

imho, The best way to share writings would be through private channels where the author can track who received copies/samples.

True, I wouldn't post my work there, but it's nice to have a forum to
share tips and find others doing the same thing.
