    Mostly for nothing.

    I see lots of roads along that strip.

    If you look closely, you will see rectangular reservoirs on the map, located in even rows along the spit. Lake Sivash is very salty. It is there that table salt is mined.
    Also, fishermen use these roads. In the autumn, there is excellent fishing for Glosik. In this place, the Sea of Azov is very shallow and you can walk very far from the coast.

    Shallow sea bays are called frith. They all smell like hydrogen sulfide. This is due to natural biological processes. Lake Sivash is also salty and shallow.

    No. ;)
