  • GEOS 128 processor and SD card solution

    I'm researching use of GEOS 128. I've always been a C64 user and have used the C64 version of GEOS (Version 2). Does anyone know which processor is used by GEOS 128? Is it the 8502 or Z80? Also is there a uIEC that will work on a C128
    *and* work with
    GEOS 128? I that there was a bounty to make the uIEC work with GEOS 64. Thanks!

    GEOS using the 8502 on the C128 computer. It can operate in 40 column
    or 80 column mode.

    I am not an expert in running GEOS images off of SD cards. That being said, GEOS 64 can run off a SD2IEC and off the 1541 Ultimate. GEOS 128 can run
    off the 1541 Ultimate.
