    According to Fox News, NYC shootings for this year have surpassed last year, and it's only August.

    I wonder if this has anything to do with jail being taken off the menu?

    Andrew Cuomo and his minions have a new slogan: "Make NY Terrible Again." And these guys are already living up their promise.
