CRC Net is a telecommunications network operated by
Concentric Research Corporation. Our goal is to provide our
customers with convenient access to our rapidly-growing
Information Service, (CRIS)
as well as inexpensive connectivity to the
Internet and the best
Bulletin Board systems in the country.

connect to shops, enter multi-player games, transfer files across the
Internet, send and receive electronic mail, explore Gopherspace and the
World Wide Web -- for all these and more, CRC Net is your complete
communication solution.
The services of CRC are divided into three main areas, and our users
automatically have access to all three:
- BBS Direct
--Direct-line connections from CRIS to many of the most popular
bulletin-board systems across the United States.
- the Internet Gateway
--a full-fledged UNIX system, including access to telnet, FTP, gopher,
lynx, WAIS, USENET newsgroups, and electronic mail, plus SLIP access to run these programs on your own computer in point-and-click graphics mode!
- The Information Service
--the Concentric Research Information Service, featuring forums for discussion,
conferencing, multi-player games, and file libraries.
