                            TriLogon Wall History

09/21/94 - v3.0 Released (PUBLIC Release)
          - A complete rewrite of the source code of TriLogon Wall -
over 20K was shave off of the executable file. This
version should run more smoothly and run a lot faster
than previous versions of TriLogon Wall.
          - New data file format. The data file is no longer user-
accesible. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EDIT THIS FILE
            WITH AN ASCII TEXT EDITOR!
          - Fixed a bug with the display in the Unregistered Version
            of TriLogon Wall.
          - Fixed a bug in the 'Add A Quote(y/N)?' positioning.
          - Fixed a bug where TriLogon Wall would not prompt a user
if they would like to see the wal if configured to do so,
under certain conditions. This bug had been floating
            around since v1.0.
          - Adding centering of the quotes on the wall as a sysop
            configurable option.
          - Added more error checking while reading the configuration
            file.
          - Changed the RIPScrip commands for clearing the RIP screen
and for writing the ANSI/ASCII codes for a RIP caller.
*Thanks to David Essex for the tidbit of RIP code to do this!
          - Users at a specified security level can make their quote on
the wall blink. I would recommend setting this option at
your co-sysop or sysop security level so that it is not
            abused.
          - Some disk-write routines were modified.
          - Some more comestic changes (other than the ones specified).
          - Added the ability to create a bulletin screen.
*TAKE NOTE* The configuration file has changed.
*TAKE NOTE* The data file (TRILOGON.DAT) has changed.

08/21/94 - v2.0 Released (BETA Release w/ Limited Distribution)
          - TriLogon Wall is now MULTI-NODE compatible.
          - TriLogon Wall is now RIPScrip aware and will clear any RIP
            codes before displaying the wall.
          - Registered versions of TriLogon Wall can have up to
eight (8) nodes. Unregistered versions of TriLogon Wall
are restricted to only 1 node.
          - Added semaphor file to assure that every quote is saved in
            a multi-node environment.
          - Configurable number of quotes (1-20).
          - Configurable number of lines for each quote (1-3).
          - Left By: UserName can be configured to show up on the Wall
            with the user's quote.
          - Added a date/time stamp to the log file (TRILOGON.LOG).
          - Changed the Header for TriLogon Wall to read:
'TriLogon Wall' instead of 'TriBBS Logon Wall'.
          - Added support for registered users to be able to use BETA
            versions of TriLogon Wall.
          - Now lets sysop decide if the wall chould be shown again after
            a new quote is entered.
          - The price of registrations changed from $5.00 to $10.00.
*TAKE NOTE* The configuration file has changed.

03/30/94 - v1.3 Released - (BETA Release ONLY)
          - Entire new registration loop.
(Registrations are now two [2] lines.)
          - Added support for your registration number on the TriLogon
Wall Screen. (I made the format of this sysop-configurable)
*TAKE NOTE* Configuration file changed slightly.

03/01/94 - v1.2 Released - (PUBLIC Release)
          - Re-introduced support for ASCII displays. I found the bug
in the coding with my orginial ASCII support.
          - Fixed the bug that would ask non-ANSI callers to choose
a color for their quote. Now non-ANSI caller's quotes are
            assigned a random color.

02/07/94 - v1.1 Released - (BETA Release ONLY)
          - Fixed some minor comestic problems.
          - Removed support for ASCII displays. (My coding was causing
            problems in this area.)
          - JOKER.DAT may now contain an infinite number of user names
instead of the limit of 20.
          - Cleaned up the source code a little.

01/12/94 - v1.0 Released - (PUBLIC Release)
