. Almost a complete rewrite of this old program. I dumped a door
library I had used for Bouncer before and replaced it with my own
    communications routines.
. The big nasty UNREGISTERED nag screen has been replaced by a short
    delay on exit.
. The sysop statusbar has changed.
. There's no longer an option to delay after displaying a screen
instead of prompting the user to press a key (I felt that option
just made the setup more complicated, and I want it to be as easy
as possible for sysops to set up).
. There's no longer an option to restrict access to the door based on
time of day, since I figured there's no practical use for that
    feature.
. The setup is SO much easier now. I dumped that huge ugly config
file that was required with the door library I was using before.
The new config file resembles those sysops are familiar with.
. The documentation was lacking. That and the registration form got
    rewritten.
. The size of the bouncer.exe file has been shrunk by half. That's
    always nice.
. Registration is now only $4. Not that the quality of the program
has decreased; on the contrary, I believe it has increased. I
simply think $8 is a bit much.
. The errorlevels have changed so it's now easier to insert Bouncer
    into a door's batch file.
. I changed the ANSI and ASCII display files. Nothing fancy, but at
    least they aren't cheezy anymore.
. I'm sure I left something small out of this list. The rewrite
improved a lot of stuff, as you can see.

. Although the beta-testing was pretty much public, this is the first
    official release. No known bugs.
