    H7 made me a couple recently, he's good and quick. I started tinkering with Pablodraw and find it really easy to work with, espically if you
    just want to recolor some existing work or play around.

    yeeeeeeah at that time i had a surge in inspiration ;)

    Good question, I would checkout sixteencolors.net, maybe they have some kind of license. At the very least I would not modify any of the artwork if you choose to use it and give credit where credit is due.

    the ansis that are "free to use" are usually marked so. nowadays people
    rarely draw screens and stuff that are for everyone to grab. also default
    (non artsy) ansis in the bbs packs encourage people to get their own from somewhere.

    Still just be vocal and don't try to cover up someone elses hard work

    Of course, credits go to the artist, that's only fair!

    just to make it clear, it is not okay to take random art from artpacks and decorate your bbs with it, even though you would keep the artist's signature and so on. i dont mean to be an asshole but thats the way it is :)
