The quickest way to get IE is to type it in the URL line at the
top.
I forgot a pointer in my message to you, after you get to the File Explorer, open the C:\ -> open Windows -> then open Windows.old if
it is still there.
Also, if you open Edge, you might find the option to open IE, it
was offered to me here on my three machines running W-10. After
running it, I right-clicked on the icon on the Taskbar and selected
to have it placed on it for ever and ever, amen ! Voilà ! Edge is prepositioned on the Taskbar.
Windows is still the same as before, just dressed up a little...
All of the old DOS commands still work, eg: I use Alt-F4 to shut
down, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-X and ad infinitum. You should be at home with
your knowledge of CLIs.
