From Ed Vance@1:2320/105 to All on Mon Oct 28 16:15:00 2019
    Howdy!,
I was wondering if anyone else is seeing a Yellow Line at the top
    of a page in Firefox?

"Refresh the page for the changes to take effect." ,
with two Buttons to the Right of it on the same line marked
    "[Refresh now] [Refresh later]"

    Hi Ed!

It would help to mention the version of FF that you are using.

I am using 52.8.0 32-bit and no plans to change to the next one.

I don't see anything that you describe.

Did you recently add a new Plug-in or Add-on?
