I suspect we have a piece of code constructing the name, or masking
the name, after we have converted the case. Probably something that adusts the packet flavor is setting the packet letter to a new (upper case) letter when a match fails, or under some other conditions (such
as a CHANGE line in the route.cfg file?).... Just some thoughts about what might be doing the interesting file name switch.....
