* Not trying to determine cd/dvd recorder device when creating ISO
image only (|CDRECORDCREATEISOONLY|), this should prevent
unnecessary errors from e.g., the scanbus command.
* Minor adaptations for VirtualBox (thanks to Lothar Soens);
* Added a notes about VirtualBox in the Known Problems/Limitations http://hrbaan.home.xs4all.nl/bootAble/bootAble.html#Known_Problems_Limitations>
section.
