    Remove dead FSFindFolder code path from DarwinWrappers.m

    The old Carbon FSFindFolder/FSRefMakePath implementation was behind
    a dead #if 1 / #else branch. The Foundation/NSFileManager path has
    been the only active code path. Remove the conditional and dead code.
